Mr. Cordovano has worked in portfolio management for more than 25 years. After selling a publishing company he founded, Mr. Cordovano began his financial services career in the Capital Markets division of Shearson Lehman Brothers in 1984. At Shearson he managed discretionary accounts for high net worth individuals and pension plans. From 1994 to 2005, he was a general partner in Gulfstream Partners, L.P., a long/short equity hedge fund that invested in multiple-sectors of the U.S. equity markets for individuals and pension funds. At Gulfstream Partners, Mr. Cordovano performed detailed analysis on companies in various sectors including energy, technology, health care and retail. The fund was ranked by
Financial World Magazine
as the #1 performing hedge fund over three years, from 1994 to 1996. From 2005 until 2009 Mr. Cordovano was the General Partner of HealthCare 250 LP.

Mr. Cordovano attended business school at Villanova University and received his undergraduate degree from Manhattanville College.
